COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION
This is listed twice for two reasons. First, because without adequate communication good medical care cannot be accomplished. Second, because we are an extremely busy office with many patients, this is an area that we have to try extra hard to live up to your expectations.

Good communication requires that we inform and educate you about your medical problems. In some cases, Dr. Marple or a team member will write instructions down for you and in other cases we may ask you to verify and repeat what has been said or written down for you.

Communication takes place both in the office and over the phone. Our office, with your help will try to accomplish this as efficiently and expediently as possible. I will try to respect and value your time as much as my own. I sincerely try to keep office waiting times as short as possible by seeing you at your scheduled appointment time. Any time you wait more than 10 or 15 minutes, without a good explanation, you should ask the front desk attendant about the situation. If I have an emergency that requires more than a few minutes to manage or have a hospital situation that requires my attention, Kathy or Patty will keep you updated about the delay.

Communication is an essential core value to our practice and to your overall better health.
