About CD&RP

(CD&RP) combines aggressive cardiovascular and metabolic disease prevention programs with traditional diagnostic and internal medical care. Our disease prevention program involves both early diagnosis of treatable diseases, and aggressive treatment of precursor diseases that can lead to atherosclerosis related disorders such as heart disease, stroke and kidney failure. The culprit precursor diseases include hypertension, cholesterol/lipid abnormalities, diabetes and obesity. To achieve treatment goals, we combine the latest state-of-the-art medications with effective behavior modification programs. This type of aggressive treatment can delay, and many times prevent, long term complications and more serious life threatening diseases. In summary, the goal of CD&RP is to prevent and/or optimally control disease while maximizing a healthy lifestyle.
